There is a big difference in going to school, in poly and sec school. And the transition is never easy for me.
The biggest difference should be transportation to school. In sec school, I take bus to school and it takes about half an hour from home to school. In poly, I take MRT and takes about an hour to reach. Time of leaving home is the same though, because Poly starts later than sec sch, which is a good thing. In the past, bus is sometimes crowded, when CHIJ starts school same time as me. But now MRT is crowded all the time. No breathing space at all. It sucks to be of average income in Singapore. No private car to send me to school. When empty MRT arrives, you can see all the bastard adult cut queue and squeezing to the front until the people inside cannot come out. Why? Just to snag a seat for their ride. Bastards, never queue still dare get the seat. Curse you. Cause the seat should have been mine, since I queued. I don’t know these adults is graduate from where one. Probably never attend school one, since they have no idea what is queue up and what is letting passengers alight first. Brainless moron.
Actually I curse a lot.
Another difference is the reason of going to school. I used to go to school for the sake of going. Now I go to study bio. I love bio, and I like what I’m learning, but I have no idea what the teacher is saying. I actually look forward going to poly. But I never ever look forward to going to sec school. Because in sec school, you get judged and compared. In poly, probably the same larh. But I learn to ignore people’s comments already. If I don’t ignore my life will suck more, so might as well just ignore, forget and live with it. I can’t change people, but at least i can change myself.
That’s all I’m going to blog today. I was so tired I napped just now. Good luck to me at night cause I probably have insomia. And tmr is my first Gen Ed lesson. Plus awards day. Have to skip maths lesson.
