Went to The Icing Room (At Nex) with sis to design a birthday cake for mummy. Bro didn’t go because somehow he was summoned back to school.
Cake cost me $20.80 and is 6″. It was covered in white cream. We were given 5 color thingy and one packet of i have no idea what.
I was going to order the cake and i realised that they wrote “nets payment not accepted”. I was like oh shit, because I brought 0 cash out today. Like literally, i only have less than a dollar in cash in my wallet. Thank god Mastercard can.
Nobody was designing when we started so we have many turning thingy to choose. My sister wanted a corner one and I’m like, the center one will have more space for us.
This is the cake at the beginning. We were like, let’s put this decoration thing around the cake first.

And we decided to write “Happy Birthday Mummy” but we ended up with no space so we wrote “Happy Birthday Mum”. Our handwriting is the worse. It look super colorful though.

And we were poking the decorations to make sure it don’t fall out. The ones at the side cost us additional $1. Realised I have no cash with me and sis have to pay for it. HAHAHAHAHAXD

After finishing the cake we have to go back to Hougang Mall because this girl here have tuition. The MRT ride was crazy because I was so scared the cake will spoil due to the shaky MRT.

After cutting the cake, the inside is just cake with random fruits. I saw cherry inside, which i never eat because I don’t like cherry. Bleh.
Taste wise, it is super delicious!! ^^ I super love it. There are still 3 slices in the fridge. Guess who it is for? 😛
I’m definitely going back to The Icing Room to DIY cake again. Words cannot explain how fun it have been. Totally worth the $20.80 (plus $1 from sis hehehe^^)
