28 March 2015,
Yesterday 2am announced that they are officially splitting company. Damn, I wish they stay as one in JYPE but no they are not. Jokwon is gonna stick with JYPE, Changmin still with Bighit, Seulong fly to sidushq and Jinwoon is going the old fashion name company, Mystic89.
But the good thing is they are not disbanding and me, as an IAM, will wait for their comeback and group activities. I need all 4 of them to appear in one show together. Just one. I don’t even remember when is the last time all 4 of them appeared together on a variety show.
Yes, they are not disbanding. Jinwoon and Seulong is not a past member of 2am. I have no idea which stupid fool edit their Wikipedia page and claimed that 2am became a two members group. Bullshit. 2am is still 4 and will always be 4. They never disband and will never disband (quoted from my Jinwoon oppa).
2AM IS FOREVER. 2AM IS ETERNAL. 2AM IS LIFE. 2AM WILL NOT DISBAND.
Feels like karma to me because I laughed at One Direction that morning before they announce the news.
Wherever oppa choose to go, I’ll follow ^^ I don’t care if they promote alone or as a group. I’m still a fan and forever a fan. I’ll support their solo albums if they chose to release one. I’ll watch their shows if they wish to be actors. But I will pray for a group comeback.
ok, end of 2am rant.
Have been seriously considering being a social worker or youth worker for a few days already. I’m thinking with a clear head and not because of post camp syndrome or anything. I’m really thinking and considering very very seriously. Maybe the most serious one in my life. I decided not to be impulsive and plunge into something I did not think over carefully.
Social worker and youth workers are pretty much same, just that youth workers specialise in helping students.
If I ever decide carefully to go into social work, my life plan will be to be a youth worker when I’m young (like 20 plus to early 30) and jump to social work for elderly when I’m old. Simply because students trust young people more and elderly trust older people more. LOL.
I’ve really being considering hard, especially during my free time during CIP (below). I guess it is quite a known fact that I cannot stand little children (from babies to like 5-6?) because they are super whiny, immature and cries at super high pitch. But the thing is youth worker works with students from 12-20 and I’m very fine with teens because they are more mature and will not whine and scream as much as children. Plus, I find it easy to work with teens actually. So my little dislike for little kids doesn’t affect my decision.
And youth workers plan events for students which I like very much. I like to plan events and carrying them out because yah, it is cool and stuff. Planning is fun, but even more fun will be seeing your event come to life.
Plus, youth worker is not a desk bounded job, which I super hate and have never thought of doing desk bounded work before. I hate being restricted in one area.
Youth workers doesn’t get high pay but this won’t affect me because I can do business as a side income. My little goal in life is to have a business hahahaha.
I’m still thinking, and hopefully can figure out what I really want in life before school starts. If I choose to go into social work, I will have to work doubly hard in something that I lost interest in order to get into FASS in NUS. So as to major in social work.
CIP
Spent 3 days at a robo something event as first aider but didn’t treat any bloody wounds at all. Only 2 fall down, 1 no injury at all and 1 abrasions. Quite boring. Spent all my time watching pokemon, playing games, whatsapping and reading “Positive psychology for dummies”.
All engineering stuffs there, many interns. Very boring but lunch was awesome. Free entry to science centre too.
