Met up with the Med Techz and Cardiacz on Saturday. Was late for the KFC lunch as usual. Thanks Med Techz for eating the 咸蛋鸡 with me. I wanted to try since its launch. Ordering for them is a nightmare. Usually when I order I got my special orders. With them, it is 4 special orders. I kind of feel bad for the trainee who had to take our order because she looked genuinely confused.
Teng came a little later and the chaos became more chaotic. After KFC, I dragged them to go to Innisfree and Etude House with me to ‘enjoy the atmosphere’ there. I wanted to buy the Innisfree cushion because they are giving free casing for every refill purchased for their GSS but I don’t need a cushion. 🙁
We then went to Timezone. Bombed money on air hockey and basketball. I now know that basketball skills are not proportionate to height.
As usual, we went to Giant to get alcohol and snacks. We then found XL so XL, Cheryl, Pear and I went into Sentosa ourselves. Via was a little slow so we abandoned her. HAHA! But we ended up having to wait for her inside and it was very hot.
The beach was freaking packed with humans though. The Grillfest event was on. The food looks decent, but the price is not. Extremely expensive, but it is Sentosa so it is kind of expected. The pavilion was used up by the Grillfest event so we ended up sitting at the beach. KT joined us a little later. She helped us buy poker cards but we ended up not playing. Paiseh! So, we just sat there and talked and drink and eat. We went there so many times that we know there will be fireworks HAHA.
Pear, Via and XL also talked about coming over to Scotland to visit next May. Would be very exciting if everything did goes as planned. It would be lots of fun!
Spent the evening at the beach and had to rush home because it was late. Thankfully I caught the second last bus home LOL.
