Went to visit the lecturers in SP with Andrea and our seniors.
I nearly forgot all about the meeting because I remembered the wrong day. For some reason, I kept thinking it was on Tuesday, but the actual day is Monday. So, when I receive the message about ‘meeting later’ at about 4pm, I checked the date and had a ‘holy crap’ moment.
Thank god I didn’t have much to do, although I was feeling a little shitty that day. Bless the discovery of Ibuprofen. Left lab early that day (not like I have shits to do anyway) so that I could visit the lecturers before they 下班. Manage to catch a few lecturers before they left.
We then went to Star Vista for dinner because Manna is closed. I don’t know why Manna closed down, because they always had a lot of business. I’ll miss their black pepper pasta (which is a special order because I don’t want the cheese in Mac & Cheese). Those days when I dabao-ed to Mr Ng class because food is the only motivation to get through morning lessons.
Ate dinner at Menya Musashi. They had like 3 different ramen broths (white, black and red), but I went for the spicy one. It ain’t spicy though. If I go back again I’ll probably take the black one. No point eating a ‘spicy’ ramen that is not spicy. Mine was the Red Shabu ramen that cost $13.90++. Decent ramen, but not special. But to be fair, I have very high expectations for soup noodles, because I had really good ones before.
I think I’ll enjoy year 4 in DunDun. Hopefully.
