Research Instruments came over for a roadshow so I tagged along to take a look. Since I never went for a roadshow before, I expected like a carnival thing but LOL no. But it is still awesome (the dessert table I mean).
I managed to win the lab a DNA ladder. I don’t know what kind of luck this is. Everyone gets a try at the spin-the-wheel thing and I won… lab reagents. I would rather win a bear (which I still got it in the end) but LOL the reagent is expensive. I think it cost like $55 if my memory is right.
The food was awesome! They had a party table with lab theme desserts. So cute! I would totally want it when I celebrate the completion of my science training. But it’s really expensive though.
They even had sales for some consumables and they were giving out NTUC & Starbucks gift cards so the assistant lab manager was really excited HAHAH.
Fun experience though! But I was sad because I thought I could do experiment today but my supervisor forgot about me T.T. He must be very busy.
