Went to Chapter 55 again for lunch. I really like this café. Their pasta is good but expensive. Expensive for an unpaid intern.
I tried their clams vongole the previous time, so I ordered the seafood spaghetti this time. Out of the 4 of us that went, 3 of us got the seafood spaghetti. It isn’t tomato-based though, but more like aglio olio. The garlic taste can be a little strong but it’s fine after adding chilli. The seafood includes prawn, clams and squid. Although it is stated to be spicy on the menu, it isn’t spicy and I had to add a lot of chilli flakes.
Don’t bother shaking the shaker for chilli flakes, it’ll take too much time. Instead, just open the bottle and pour. #chilliforlife
We also got an indoor seat that day which I’m really grateful for because it was hot and sunny that day. They claimed to have free Wi-Fi but they didn’t display the password.
