我也不想要被人贱踏。
Zhen Huan is totally my role model, except that I don’t want the sad ending like hers.

Bought a new earpiece, which I wanted to do since a long time ago. I actually have one, but my sis said hers spoilt when I’m on my summer break so I gave mine to her. My Urbanista Seattle is still serving me damn well, but there are times when using a bulky headphone is very inconvenient.
Saw this by chance on Amazon and it cost like £8 with thousands of good reviews. Decided to just take a chance on it. Hopefully, it will be good.

Such a beautiful sunset. Finally done with grocery and even though I made a list I still forgot to buy some stuff. Oh well.

My second meal prep! I was going to do meal prep last week but I wasn’t feeling well. Ended up eating instant noodles and oven food again.
Ok, so even though my grocery shopping trip was a horrible disaster (I forgot to buy dumplings and pasta, and they ran out of cheap corn), I still managed to get the crucial ingredient for today’s meal prep.
Mon – Thurs menu:
- Veggie fried rice/seafood pasta
- Curry chicken
I was thinking of adding nuggets too, but maybe later or tomorrow because I’m freaking tired. I know cooking takes time, but it easily takes me 2 hours to prepare 7 meals.
Disaster😰:
I planned to cook 4 servings of veggie fried rice but ended up with 6!!!🍚
Good🙂:
Curry chicken looks okay? 🍗
I bought clams!
Note to self: 5 cups of rice = 6 servings of fried rice
Hence, 4 serving of fried rice = approx 3.5 cups of rice
I haven’t used a knife in a long time so my hand hurts while cutting potatoes. And I guess 6 servings of fried rice is really too much, because my wrist hurts while frying it.
Seafood pasta turns out nice. I used the recipe from a Youtube video for a one pan seafood pasta. But I modified it, of course, because I hate following instructions.
- Fry clam shells, prawn shells and frozen chopped garlic in olive oil
- Add 600ml of water
- Add 250g pasta
- Let pasta boil for about the duration of one song
- Add 4 chilli padi (maybe I should reduce it, it’s spicy LOL) and 5 tablespoon of Chinese cooking wine
- Let it boil for another song’s duration
- Remove clam shells and prawn shells, add clam and prawn
- Boil until satisfied
It smells damn good, but a bit bland. I think I need to add salt in future. 😅
